First thing you need to do is create a section for the floating image. The :hover selector is used to select elements when you mouse over them.. It looks like it only works when you change it from within the library. And it’s so much better than what I expected, you guys ROCK! The following CSS program shows how to impliment Opacity on an Image while mouse hover. I kind of cried when I realized how much hand coding I’d done on one particular site to do many of these same things.
